Clutter is anything that is messing up your life because it’s out of control.

It is caused by inability to decide what to do with stuff or how to organize things. It gradually infiltrates every surface and corner, leaving you feeling overwhelmed. You don’t know where to start or how to clean it up. It can be physical clutter in your environment or unprocesseds in your mind.

Day 1 Exercise

Grab a pen and paper. Set a timer for 5 minutes and take a tour of your home. Scribble some observations about how much clutter you actually have. Be honest, but don’t judge yourself. Just notice what you see. Take stock.
