Decluttering the mind is a journey that is different for everyone. Decluttering the environment is a great place to start. Then you can think of meditation, having routines, practicing Yoga, using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or hiring a coach or therapist. There are lots of ways to mentally declutter. This is an invitation to explore what this process might look like for you.
