There are so many benefits to decluttering, here are a few of them: Better first impressions when someone walks in, feel more comfortable, feel more in control and confident, find things more easily, think more clearly and creatively, get yourself ‘unstuck.’

Day 2 Exercise

Set a timer for 3 minutes. Write down all the reasons you want to declutter and get on top of things. What else will improve in your life? Keep this list somewhere that you can see it whenever you need some motivation.
